I understand that American Ice Theatre [AIT] its officials, employees and agents, officers, directors its subsidiaries cannot be responsible for any injuries or damage suffered by my participation in the AIT Cleveland Seminar. With this knowledge, I consent to my participation in the AIT Cleveland Seminar.
