Artistic & Contemporary Figure Skating
As part of our mission, American Ice Theatre offers a variety of programs and courses to advance artistic skating education, including:
- Contemporary skating seminars offered at our satellite locations and also seminars available to bring to your home rink;
- A number of events and upcoming seminars that you can attend each year;
- Our annual “Night of Contemporary Skating” Show in Minneapolis, MN in December;
- The Coaches & Adults Free Virtual Workshop Series occurs in the summer with our classes on the different angles and philosophies of artistic education as well as in the winter with our Deep Dive Series into specific choreographic and artistic techniques for those who want to keep learning and developing their creative philosophies;
- Online courses for coaches and choreographers, including Ballet for Figure Skaters and our widely-recognized Master Choreography Techniques certification course as well as our Professional Mentorship Program.
