Join us for the AIT Phoenix Spring Seminar! This seminar will be led by Special Guest Artist, Shannon Rakovsky.
Shannon is a former show skater for Holiday On Ice and AIT MCT graduate. She is a native Arizonan, local coach and choreographer and has worked with singles, synchro and adults in Arizona, California, Finland and Germany specializing in skating skills and presentation. She also has a passion for off ice training and is a certified performance enhancement specialist and flexologist.
We will be exploring the concepts of space and energy to experiment with how this can expand our improvisation possibilities. A portion of the seminar will also be focused on learning show tricks and unique transitions to use in all aspects of your skating.
